镜月正在招募成员，面向愿意参与游戏、工程或研究方向的创作者与开发者。当前没有对外列出固定岗位清单，联系时可以直接说明自己的方向、经验与希望参与的项目。Miroon is recruiting creators and developers who want to contribute to games, engineering, or research. There is no fixed public role list right now, so you can simply introduce your direction, experience, and the project you want to join.

02 / BEFORE JOINING

镜月目前以非商业共创方式运作。能力、时间与重要规则，都应该在开始前如实讨论。Miroon currently operates through non-commercial collaboration. Capabilities, time, and important rules should all be discussed honestly before work starts.

  1. 理解并接受工作室当前的非商业性质Understand and accept the studio's current non-commercial nature.

  2. 如实说明可投入时间、能力边界与希望承担的工作State honestly how much time you can commit, what your current limits are, and what kind of work you hope to take on.

  3. 涉及作品集、署名、知识产权、退出方式与报酬的问题，在加入前逐项确认Clarify portfolio use, crediting, intellectual property, exit rules, and compensation terms item by item before joining.

先从一段清楚的自我介绍开始。Start with a clear introduction of yourself.

说说感兴趣的方向、相关经验和可投入时间；如有作品、代码或文字样例，也可以一并附上。Tell us what direction interests you, what relevant experience you have, and how much time you can commit. If you have work samples, code, or writing, feel free to include them as well.

支持创作，不等同于购买服务。Supporting the work is not the same as buying a service.

镜月接受用于项目推进的自愿赞助。当前未公布统一赞助渠道与资金用途说明，因此网站只陈述支持意愿，不生成收款入口。Miroon accepts voluntary support for project progress. Because no unified support channel or funding-use note has been published, the website only states that support is welcome and does not create a payment entry point.

目前不展示收款码或付款按钮；未来若公开渠道，也会同步说明资金用途。No payment code or button is shown right now. If a public support channel opens later, the intended use of funds will be explained alongside it.
